Cash margin +5 pp vs. July

Income up, expenses under control. Software is still the largest outflow.

Same logic as Analysis Pro

Illustrative view of consolidated net worth and analysis: spaces, 6-month trend, and insights. Not real data.

The usual mess

If you mix the money, you never know if the business can cover your life.

Everything in one pot

Lunch, taxes, and client payments get mixed. By month end you don't know if the business covers your life or you're living off the invoice.

Earn in one currency, spend in another

Fees in USD or USDT, expenses in local currency, a bit in wallets. The spreadsheet becomes an improvised FX desk.

The spreadsheet doesn't scale

It works for a while. Then you miss categories, the salary you paid yourself, and a clear Personal vs Business picture.

The product

What you need to see money clearly. No bank theater.

Separate day to day, together when you need it

Personal and Business have their own accounts and transactions. When you want the total, it's there: consolidated net worth at a glance.

Accounts the way you use them

Bank, wallet, or crypto — doesn't matter. Pick the currency once and see the real balance, not a monthly summary.

Moving money isn't spending it

Transfer between your own accounts and it doesn't count as an expense. Your numbers stay clean, without inflated income or outflows.

Pay yourself a salary

From Business to Personal. Set a monthly target and see how much you've already withdrawn, with fees and FX when needed.

Month analysis

Income and expenses, fixed vs variable, and the last 6 months' trend — without internal transfers inflating income.

Multi-currency, no magic

ARS, USD, and USDT with live rates. We also support LatAm currencies, EUR, and other stablecoins, though rates there aren't automatic.

Export whenever you want

All your transactions to CSV, filtered by account or month. For your accountant, for Excel, for you.

It categorizes itself

Define a rule once — "Netflix" is Subscriptions — and the next entry categorizes itself.

What Kreza is not: it doesn't move or custody funds, doesn't connect to banks, and isn't a tax advisor. It's a ledger you control.

How it works

Three steps. Then the month is in plain sight.

  1. 01

    Create your account

Email and password, or Google. In minutes you have two spaces ready: Personal and Business.

  2. 02

    Set up your accounts

Bank, wallet, crypto. Choose each currency. Onboarding guides you to the first transaction.

  3. 03

    Track and pay yourself

Log income and expenses. When the business allows it, transfer to Personal: that's your salary, with a monthly target.

Who it's for

Same product. Two ways to use it.

Freelancer

You get paid fees, sometimes in dollars or USDT, and live in local currency. You want to know what's left after taxes, tools, and the coffee from meetings.

You separate what you earn from work from what you spend to live, and pay yourself a salary when the month allows. You see if fees cover your life, not just the client invoice. When your accountant asks for everything, you export the month in one click.

Founder

You have fixed costs, variable costs, and a margin you want to see month to month. The business isn't your paycheck account: you take a deliberate withdrawal.

Analysis shows whether the month closed, which category ate the cash, and how much you've already withdrawn against the target.

Questions

Clear answers — for you and whoever recommends you.

What is Kreza?

An app to track finances if you get paid on your own: freelancer or founder. You log accounts, income, and expenses, and see whether what you bill covers living. Not a bank: it doesn't custody or move your money.

Does Kreza hold or move my money?

No. It doesn't open bank accounts, connect to banks or wallets, or execute payments. What you see is a ledger of what you enter.

Which currencies can I use?

Focus is ARS, USD, and USDT, with live rates between those three. You can also log other LatAm currencies, euros, and stablecoins. If there's no automatic rate, you enter the FX yourself.

Can I separate personal from work?

Yes. You keep living costs and work/business income apart, and you can log when you pay yourself. You see each side clearly, and the total too.

Does it calculate taxes or categorize automatically?

No. It isn't a tax advisor and doesn't use AI to categorize. You build categories yourself; analysis shows income, expenses, fixed vs variable, and how you're doing month to month.

Is it paid?

There's a free Starter plan, no time limit and no card: spaces, consolidated view, live rates, and Pay yourself. Pro (USD 7/mo or USD 59/yr) adds unlimited history, analysis, rules and accounts, recurrings, and exports. You can try Pro for 14 days; a card is required and nothing is charged until the trial ends.

Is there a refund if I pay for Pro?

Yes. You get a 14-day guarantee from the charge, no questions asked. Email contact.kreza@gmail.com with your account email and Paddle order number. Details are on /refunds. If you cancel during the trial, there's no charge.

Can I export my data?

Yes. From Transactions you export to CSV, filtered by account or month. Starter has 1 export per month; Pro is unlimited. It's yours: take it whenever you want.
